Shipping and Handling
All orders are dispatched by either by Royal Mail or Yodel. Your print will be packaged on hardboard or in a sturdy tube and should arrive with you in perfect condition. Canvases are dispatched in cardboard boxes, all orders are also packaged in plastic mail bags to prevent the possibility of water damage.
Returns Policy
I want you to be delighted with your art, but please note that personalised art and commissioned pieces are custom-made to your specifications. As a result, they cannot be exchanged or refunded once completed. For all other gifts I will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me via email to [email protected], within 14 days of receipt, if you have a problem with your order for an exchange or a refund (except your original postage).
The goods must be returned in new condition and be accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. You will receive a refund within 14 days.
